Four band EQ

The Darkglass microtubes pedal delivers premium bass tone shaping with an intuitive four band EQ. Equalisation offers impeccable sculpting of your sound through four independent dials to control different frequency ranges. Featuring a low, low-mid, hi-mid and treble dials, every aspect of your sound is customisable. The low dial allows you to deliver booming basslines, producing rich tones, and delivering more depth within your mix. The two mid dials, sitting at 1kHZ and 2.8kHz, produce distinctive presence, allowing your bass to feel more integrated into the sound and giving a punch to your overall performance. The treble dial sitting at 5kHz is perfect for elevating the upper harmonics of the bass’s tone instilling a snappy and percussive aspect to your sound perfect for delivering a realistic live quality to the bass.

Overdriven saturation

The B7K offers impeccable driven sounds, delivering the peak of overdriven bass tones. Fully customisable, with a designated drive dial, you can effortlessly control the amount of saturation that is present within the overdriven signal. The driven sound provided by the pedal can be perfectly blended with the guitar's clean input signal, so you can go all out with a fully driven tone for ultimate destruction, or sit with a mostly clean tone that is embedded with exceptionally crisp undertones. Of course, there is a level control allowing you to dictate where you sit within the track's mix.

Two switches are employed to deliver that final touch to your sound. A grunt switch gives you three different bass boost stages of saturation to select from before clipping. Alternatively, an attack switch dictates how much treble you wish to saturate. The three positions to select from include a “Boost” delivering clear presence, “flat” leaving the higher register untouched and a cut reducing the saturation of the higher frequencies.
