You can use the FlareCON Air 2 with both Android and Apple smartphones and tablets with Chauvet DJ's powerful FlareCON app. The app lets you control any Chauvet DJ Freedom™ or D-Fi™ receiver, as well as any other LED static wash light directly from your device. The app simply connects to the FlareCON Air 2, which generates your Wi-Fi and D-Fi signal itself. So you don't need any other hardware or signal generation devices (not even a wireless router).
When it comes to compatible fixtures, you've got plenty of options. The FlareCON Air 2 will work seamlessly with any of Chauvet DJ's D-Fi-enabled fixtures, as well as their Freedom series. You can control an unlimited number of D-Fi-ready fixtures and receivers simultaneously, and you can even control non-D-Fi-enabled fixtures using the included cable adapter. Plus, with the FlareCon Air 2's intuitive controls and OLED digital display, you'll be up and running in no time.
Cables can just get in the way. And they can be dangerous. So Chauvet DJ have made the FlareCON Air 2 to work perfectly without needing any cables attached to it. This handy device generates its own Wi-Fi network, meaning you don't even need access to an existing internet connection or hotspot.
