In live mode, the plug-and-play interface provides a staggering 512 DMX channels for complete freedom of control. When in standalone mode without a computer you still have 256 channels to play with. Programmed light shows can even be copied to the interface's integrated Flash memory so that you will always have your creations readily at your fingertips.
You're completely set with the free Cameo software package that comes with the DVC Interface. Containing over 15,000 device libraries you can be as creative and complex as you want with your lighting. You even have access to ScanLibrary editor where you can create and edit yout own device profiles. You are able to select individual DMX devices and place them in groups and added to a 2D view of the light show. Be big and bold with your lighting - dynamic scenes can easily be created, arranged, and placed over each other. The XEEL engine even gives you access to hundreds of wide-ranging, exciting effects. And that's not all. The software includes a comprehensive toolbox for live editing. Use the audio analyser and MIDI clock to synchronise your light show with the music. There's nothing complicated about the DVC Interface. It features a mini USB port for input on one side and a 3-channel DMX output on the other. The DMX output is supplied with power from the computer's USB output. Simple. Three clear buttons occupy the top of the device. An uncomplicated and accessible way to facilitate program selection and dimming when in standalone mode. This requires a standard retail 5 V USB power adaptor.
