The DDQ 18'' Sub includes a 24-bit/48kHz custom Sharc DSP with volume control, delay, EQ crossover, phase alignment and comprehensive protection functions for precision adjustment and reliable operation. In addition, the DDQ features digital encoding, a switchable filter and ground lift switch. The LD DDQ 18'' also features an innovative, predictive limiter, with a 1 millisecond look ahead, delivering distortion free operation even at full volume, as peaks will be limited before they even reach the speaker drivers. Protection circuits are also included for excessive voltage, current and RMS power, providing excellent longevity to the DDQ Speakers from LD Systems.
