The Brooklyn series of drums from Gretsch are hand-made using a combination of Maple and Poplar in a 6-ply construction with the classic Gretsch silver sealing interior finish, alongside a satin ice blue metallic exterior finish. Taking inspiration from the Brooklyn scene, the drums use old Gretsch designs with modern technology and hardware to create an artistic expression. The drums also feature Gretsch brackets, legs, straight-sided GTS, tom holder, spurs and vintage styled double-flanged high-profile hoops. The kit also comes with free-floating isolation mounts that help to cut out all cross-vibrations to keep the drums' tones consistent and prevents any cross contamination between them.
